Besides technical skills in coding (which probably will be replaced by AI soon anyways), I think having knowledge of the challenges faced by people in the industry and being able to tackle them effectively while maintaining ethical and responsible use of AI is key. I remember during a recent seminar regarding AI and knowledge management, it was heavily emphasised that learning with AI and ensuring we are feeding AI “good human values” is important, and I believe this can help foster trust between AI and skeptics to ensure smoother implementation.
